Does Vow Fragrance participate in any bridal shows?
By being on our mailing list we can let you know of any Vow activities in your area.
I love the calligraphy on your bottles and web site. How can I have the same calligraphy for my wedding invitations?

How can I get a sample of Vow Fragrance?
Go to the “Shop Vow” page. Please note that, although we do not charge for samples, there is a $2.00 shipping and handling charge.
Can I register my Vow by mail?
Yes, instructions for registering by mail are included with every bottle

I would like to purchase Vow as a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, on the checkout page you will have the option of having Vow gift wrapped with a card enclosed. The gift wrapping fee is $5.00.
Why don't you offer express shipping?
Because of their alcohol content and flammability, shipping companies consider fragrances to be hazardous materials. The cost of shipping "hazmat" items is truly prohobitive. Fortunately, we have found UPS to be very quick.

We will provide you with a UPS tracking number with your order confirmation.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your billing and shipping information when it's submitted through your checkout pages, which helps to ensure a reliable, secure shopping experience.

What are your shipping & handling charges?
All purchases are shipped within two business days. Shipping and handling charges within the 48 continental states are $5.95 per shipment. Please add $10.00 for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping and handling for samples is $2.00 each.
Do You Accept International Orders?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.
Sales Tax Information
We charge 8.375% tax for all shipments within New York.
